Frank D. Neville is the founder and Of Counsel at Williams, Porter, Day & Neville, P.C. in Casper, Wyoming. Neville earned a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Wyoming in 1967 and received his law degree from the University of Wyoming in 1970. His academic background helped establish a strong foundation in writing, analysis, and legal reasoning. After completing law school, he entered private practice in Wyoming, beginning a career that would develop across a broad range of complex civil litigation and defense matters.
After graduation, Neville joined Wehrli & Williams, the predecessor of Williams, Porter, Day & Neville, P.C., and later became one of the firm’s original founders. His litigation work spans injury claims, medical malpractice defense, product liability, civil rights disputes, employment matters, environmental issues, and oil and gas cases. This broad experience has allowed him to address disputes involving varied industries, legal theories, and courtroom challenges throughout his career.
Frank D. Neville has maintained active involvement in the legal profession through the Wyoming State Bar, Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association, Defense Lawyers Association of Wyoming, American Bar Association, and Defense Research Institute. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Association of Defense Counsel.
