Francis D. Agyare is the CEO of Agyare Law Group, LLC in Nashua, New Hampshire, where the firm focuses exclusively on immigration law. His practice covers employment-based immigration, family reunification, asylum, citizenship and naturalization, removal and deportation defense, VAWA matters, adjustment of status, and K and V visa matters. He advises individuals, families, and employers on immigration processes that can involve petitions, applications, status questions, and proceedings.
Agyare earned a Juris Doctor and a Masters of Law from Franklin Pierce Law Center, now the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, in 2003. He previously earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from York University in 1994 and a Master Degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics there in 1996. This combined scientific and legal training also supports his background in patent law.
Agyare previously practiced immigration law with Abramson Immigration Solutions and New Hampshire Catholic Charities. He also served as an adjunct professor with the University of New Hampshire School of Law Immigration Law Clinic, clerked for Judge Randall R. Rader of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and worked as assistant patent counsel at DEKA Research & Development.
