Fernando Flores is a Founding Partner at Vicuna Flores, representing clients in employment, personal injury, immigration, and criminal defense matters in California. He handles workplace disputes, injury claims, asylum and U-Visa matters, and criminal cases. His practice includes wage-and-hour claims, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, workplace investigations, car accidents, motorcycle and bicycle accidents, premises liability, and other matters affecting workers, families, and injured clients.

Flores earned a J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law and a B.A. in Sociology and Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley. His academic background supports a practice that requires careful legal analysis, strong communication, and practical advocacy across several areas of law. This training helps him evaluate client needs, explain legal options clearly, and address complex employment, injury, and immigration issues.

Flores has represented clients in employment matters in state and federal courts, including matters before the California Supreme Court and other appellate courts. Before founding the firm, he served as a trial attorney for the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, where he gained experience in California wage-and-hour protections. He has handled complex wage-and-hour class actions and served as lead investigator in more than 150 workplace investigations globally.

Fernando Flores is recognized with the Martin Luther King Jr. Public Service Award and is admitted to California state courts and the Northern and Southern Districts of California. He formerly taught a Spanish-language course at Berkeley Law and UC Davis School of Law focused on employment, personal injury, and immigration law.
