Evan P. Schmit

Evan P. Schmit is a partner at Kerkman & Dunn who focuses on litigation for business owners in and out of Chapter 11 reorganization. His practice includes contract law, employment law, bankruptcy-related litigation, and other civil disputes. He has participated in every stage of litigation, including investigation, pleading, discovery, pre-trial work, trial, settlement, and appeal. Schmit earned a J.D. from Marquette University Law School in 2008 and a B.A. from Wabash College in 2005. At Marquette, he was elected graduation speaker and served as a member of the Marquette Sports Law Review.
