Eugene Felton, Jr. is a respected trial lawyer with over 26 years of experience in personal injury and civil litigation. He is a Founding Partner at Seay/Felton LLC Trial Lawyers, where he fights for justice in cases involving medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, and serious personal injuries. Licensed to practice in Georgia and Washington, D.C., Eugene is known for his dedication to helping victims receive the compensation they deserve.

Eugene holds a B.A. in Political Science with honors from Morehouse College and earned his J.D. from the University of Tennessee School of Law.

Eugene began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Bibb County, Georgia, where he tried more than 35 felony cases to verdict. These included major crimes such as aggravated assault, armed robbery, homicide, and complex white-collar offenses. His experience in criminal law sharpened his litigation skills, which he now uses in the civil courtroom.

Before co-founding Seay/Felton, Eugene built a strong track record handling high-value personal injury and medical malpractice cases at top Atlanta law firms. As a Senior Attorney at Thomas, Means, Gillis & Seay, he was recognized as the firm’s “Top Producing Associate” in both 2007 and 2008. He later continued to sharpen his litigation strategy and trial skills at The Chestnut Firm, focusing on complex and catastrophic injury claims.

Eugene has successfully argued cases before the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. His courtroom experience and deep legal knowledge make him a trusted advocate for injured clients across Georgia.
