Erika Lezama-Simonson

Erika Lezama-Simonson is a partner at Barry, Corrado & Grassi, P.C. in Wildwood. Her practice focuses on condominium law, land use and zoning, residential and commercial real estate transactions, corporate law and business formations, estate planning, and estate litigation. She is fluent in Spanish and English and uses those language skills in representing Spanish-speaking individuals throughout South Jersey across property, planning, business, and contested legal matters.

Lezama-Simonson earned a B.S. from Rutgers University in 2013 and a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law – Camden in 2017. She was admitted in New Jersey in 2018 and to the US District Court for the District of New Jersey that same year. Her education and admissions support a practice that moves between transactions, planning, regulatory questions, and litigation involving real estate, businesses, estates, and condominium interests.

Lezama-Simonson has handled residential and commercial real estate transactions, corporate formations, zoning and land-use matters, condominium issues, estate planning, and estate disputes. In 2023, she and Oliver T. Barry obtained a $4 million jury verdict in a motor vehicle case, which the firm identifies as the highest verdict awarded in Cape May County. She became a partner of the firm in 2024 and remains active in professional associations.

Erika Lezama-Simonson combines transactional practice, litigation experience, and professional leadership in serving clients in Wildwood and across South Jersey. She serves as a Trustee of the Cape May Bar Association, belongs to the Hispanic Bar Association, and is active with the New Jersey Association for Justice. Her work helps clients address property, zoning, business, condominium, and estate matters with practical attention to legal and procedural requirements.
