Eric studied English and criminal justice in college before earning his Juris Doctor from Lincoln Law School in Sacramento, California. He also attended California State University during his educational path. His academic background helped shape his communication skills, legal analysis, and ability to connect with individuals facing difficult legal and personal situations.

Eric began his legal journey at a young age while serving as a Cadet with the Sutter County Sheriff’s Department. Later, he worked as a Deputy District Attorney in his hometown, where he handled more than a thousand court cases. That courtroom experience strengthened his trial abilities and gave him firsthand knowledge of litigation procedures and case preparation.

Eric later worked as in-house counsel for a major insurance company, where he gained insight into how insurance carriers handle injury claims. That experience changed the direction of his career and strengthened his commitment to helping injured victims pursue fair treatment. He now focuses on representing hardworking individuals facing pressure from large insurance companies after serious injuries.

Eric has earned recognition throughout Northern California for his legal work and dedication to clients. He was selected to the Northern California Super Lawyers list in 2023, 2024, and 2025. Earlier in his career, he was recognized as a Northern California Rising Star in 2019, 2020, and 2021.
