Emmanuel Asiriuwa

Emmanuel Asiriuwa is the principal attorney of the Law Office of Emmanuel Asiriuwa, PLLC in The Woodlands, Texas. He represents clients in U.S. immigration matters and helps individuals, families, workers, religious organizations, students, and business clients navigate the immigration system. His practice includes green cards, adjustment of status, consular processing, removal proceedings, family immigration, F-1 student visas, R-1 religious worker visas, L-1 work visas, and B-1/B-2 visitor visas.

Emmanuel earned his LL.B. with honors from the University of Benin in 2008 and completed his legal training at the Nigerian Law School in Lagos in 2009. He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He later completed an LL.M.  in Transnational Business Practice at McGeorge School of Law. His education supports his work in immigration, business, and cross-border legal matters.

Emmanuel has more than 15 years of active legal practice in immigration law, civil law, contract matters, and commercial law. He is licensed in Texas and also maintains an active bar license in Nigeria. His experience includes helping noncitizens pursue immigration benefits and assisting American investors with business opportunities in Nigeria through due diligence, regulatory review, contract analysis, and investigation of government licenses and permits.

Emmanuel brings personal understanding to his immigration practice because he has gone through the U.S. immigration process himself. He is a member of professional organizations including the State Bar of Texas, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Nigerian Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the International Bar Association. Through practical guidance and careful case preparation, Emmanuel helps clients address immigration challenges and pursue lawful opportunities in the United States.
