Elaine Mundwiller

Elaine Mundwiller is the Managing Partner of The Mundwiller Law Firm, LLC, and an experienced attorney whose practice focuses on family law and small-business matters. From the beginning of her legal career, she has focused on providing clear guidance and dependable representation to individuals facing complex legal challenges. Her work reflects a strong commitment to advocacy, careful legal analysis, and practical solutions designed to protect her clients’ rights and long-term interests.

Elaine earned her J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law, where she also received a Certificate in Family Law. Her legal education emphasized hands-on experience, including participation in the Family Law Clinic, where she assisted indigent clients with a wide range of family law issues. She previously earned her B.A., graduating cum laude from Valdosta State University, where she studied criminal justice and developed a strong foundation in legal reasoning and public service.

Elaine has practiced primarily in family law, representing clients in matters such as divorce, child custody, legitimation, and modification actions throughout her career. She has guided hundreds of individuals through emotionally and legally challenging situations, helping them understand their options and make informed decisions. In addition to family law, she assists clients with small business incorporation, supporting entrepreneurs as they establish and structure their businesses.
