Elaine Kimbrell

Elaine Kimbrell is the Owner and Managing Attorney of Ware | Immigration, where she leads a practice focused on practical, strategic immigration solutions. Since joining the firm in 2006, she has guided individuals, universities, and businesses through complex immigration law processes. She began her career handling family-based matters and later concentrated on employment-based immigration. Her work centers on helping employers secure temporary visas and long-term options for skilled professionals across diverse industries, with clarity and consistent client communication nationwide.

Elaine earned her J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law in 2005, where she received honors for her work in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program and an International Law Certificate. She also holds a B.A. in International Affairs, cum laude, from George Washington University, completed in 2000. In 1999, she studied at the Institute for European Studies in Paris, strengthening her global perspective on international policy and cross-border legal systems. These academic experiences have shaped her immigration practice worldwide today.

Elaine has an employment-based practice that focuses on non-immigrant visas and compliance guidance for universities and private employers. She advises organizations in healthcare, public utilities, oil and gas, and accounting on hiring and retaining international talent. She works closely with human resources teams to prepare petitions, respond to government requests, and plan long-term workforce strategies. By offering clear advice and proactive solutions, she helps clients reduce risk, avoid delays, and meet evolving federal requirements while supporting business growth and stability nationwide.

Elaine Kimbrell became the sole owner of Ware | Immigration and continues to advance its commitment to client service and comprehensive representation in 2023. Under her leadership, the firm earned recognition as a WBENC Certified Women’s Business Enterprise. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has served in multiple leadership roles within its Midsouth section. As a frequent presenter for professional organizations, she educates employers and educators on timely immigration developments and compliance practices across the region.
