Edgar Flores

Edgar Flores is a passionate immigration and personal injury lawyer who has made it his mission to help families stay together and find justice. His legal practice includes deportation defense, family-based petitions, asylum, U visas, VAWA, and accident cases involving cars, trucks, motorcycles, and pedestrians.

Edgar holds a Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His dedication to law and policy has inspired him to teach at UNLV’s School of Public Policy and Leadership, where he covers legislative decision-making and policymaking.

Edgar has years of courtroom experience, including representing clients before the Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. His strong advocacy and oral argument skills have helped many families avoid deportation and secure legal status.

Edgar is also a public servant, having served in the Nevada State Legislature since 2015. As Chairman of the Senate Government Affairs Committee, he works on laws that impact local families. He also mentors hundreds of students each year and supports local citizenship fairs with his time and expertise.

Edgar is deeply connected to the immigrant experience, being the son of immigrants himself. This personal connection drives his dedication to helping others achieve the American dream. He works hard to give clients confidence and peace of mind throughout the legal process.
