Ed Malek

Ed Malek is a dedicated attorney with over 40 years of legal experience focused on helping people hurt in workplace accidents, car crashes, and other serious injuries. Throughout his long-standing career, he has fought to protect the rights of injured individuals and their families across Columbus and nearby counties.

Malek earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kent State in 1962. While working full-time and serving in the U.S. Army Reserves, he completed his Juris Doctor at Capital University Law School in 1969. After passing the Ohio Bar, he worked with the Franklin County Probate Court, later serving as an assistant prosecutor for the Franklin County Municipal Court.

Since entering private practice in 1971, Malek has helped countless clients seek the justice and compensation they deserve. His legal work has centered around workers’ compensation claims, personal injury suits, and wrongful death cases. Through these areas, he has guided injured workers and grieving families through some of the most difficult times in their lives.
