Eashaan Vajpeyi

Eashaan Vajpeyi is a shareholder and attorney at Ball, Kirk & Holm, P.C. in Waterloo, Iowa. He focuses on personal injury litigation and appellate work. His experience includes legal malpractice, medical malpractice, and product liability trials. He represents people pursuing claims for harm and handles the appellate issues that can follow a verdict, bringing trial and appeal experience to his injury practice.

Eashaan earned a B.A. from The University of Iowa in 2007 and a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2011. During law school, he wrote and edited for Transnational Law and Contemporary Problems, including service as a contributing web editor. He also served as a judicial extern for Judge Thad J. Collins in the United States Bankruptcy Court.

Eashaan joined his current firm immediately after graduation. He has served as lead counsel and co-counsel in legal and medical malpractice trials in Iowa and South Dakota state courts. His federal product liability trial experience includes a case that produced a verdict exceeding $2.4 million after a pretrial offer of zero. His practice combines work presenting claims at trial with representation in appellate proceedings.

Eashaan Vajpeyi is a Fellow of the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and International Society of Barristers. He served as president of the Iowa Association for Justice in 2021. His public service includes leadership with Cedar Valley Rotary and support for local charities. He is admitted in Iowa and both federal district courts in the state.
