Dustin Schanaker is a partner at Fowler St. Clair, PLLC, who leads the firm’s probate and estate planning team. Dustin earned his J.D. and M.B.A. from Liberty University in 2014. Before that, he received his B.A. in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from California Baptist University in 2011. His education gave him a strong base in law, business, and planning. That background supports his work on estate plans, probate matters, and business issues. It also helps him explain complex legal topics in simple terms, so clients can understand their options and move ahead with confidence today.

Dustin has strong experience helping people through probate and trust matters. He assists with informal probate, formal probate, will contests, affidavits for succession to real property, affidavits for collection of personal property, and trust administration. He also supports clients when litigation involves probate issues, working closely with the firm’s litigation team. In each matter, he makes the legal process easier to understand. His goal is to reduce stress, answer questions clearly, and help clients make informed decisions.

Dustin Schanaker is also a licensed real estate instructor with the Arizona Department of Real Estate. He teaches continuing education classes for realtors on legal issues involving probate and estate planning. This role reflects his knowledge of the law and his commitment to education. He is admitted to state and federal courts in Arizona, including the Bankruptcy Court.
