Dustin J. Denning

Dustin J. Denning is a shareholder at Clark, Mize & Linville, Chartered, in Salina, Kansas. He focuses on civil defense litigation in state and federal courts, particularly medical malpractice claims against hospitals and physicians. Dustin also handles general liability, insurance, products liability, and employment claims. His work includes advising employers and representing electrical cooperatives in labor negotiations with unions.

Dustin earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Kansas in 1995. He later received his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1999.
