Dustin Birch

Dustin Birch is a partner in the personal injury practice at Clear Counsel Law Group, which maintains an office in Henderson, Nevada. He represents people injured in accidents and families pursuing claims after wrongful deaths. His work includes motor vehicle collisions, serious injury claims, and disputes over insurance compensation. His defense background provides experience examining how insurers evaluate cases.

Dustin Birch is admitted to practice in Nevada and Arizona. He has been appointed as an arbitrator by the Nevada Supreme Court, and his firm reports recognition among The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40. His experience includes evaluating liability, analyzing damages, and preparing injury matters for resolution.
