Douglas W. Casper

Douglas W. Casper is a highly experienced workers’ compensation attorney with a longstanding commitment to advocating for injured workers throughout Ohio. Douglas began his legal journey at Chase College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 1975. He also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Cincinnati. During law school, he worked at the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, gaining critical insight into the claims process that continues to benefit his clients today.

Since being admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1975, Douglas has represented clients in workers’ compensation, personal injury, and divorce matters. Over time, he honed his focus on workers’ compensation law, using his knowledge and experience to guide injured workers through complex legal and administrative challenges.
