Donna earned her Juris Doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where she received a full merit-based scholarship and completed a Certificate in Business Law. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Professional Writing from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Donna gained early experience handling high-level matters as a Summer Associate with Arnold & Porter. There, she supported a cross-border dispute involving a five-million-dollar trading agreement and assisted in representing a government entity facing claims from foreign investors.

Donna further strengthened her litigation skills at a Virginia-based firm, where she worked on complex disputes. She handled research, drafting, and case support, demonstrating a strong ability to manage details and contribute to effective legal strategies and positive client outcomes.
