Donna Trujillo Dodd

Donna Trujillo Dodd, Esq., is a highly experienced attorney in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with more than three decades of practice. As a partner at the Trujillo Dodd, Torres, O’Brien & Sanchez, L.L.C., she represents clients in family law, criminal defense, DWI/DUI, civil litigation, and personal injury matters. Her bilingual skills in English and Spanish allow her to serve a diverse range of clients throughout New Mexico.

Donna earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Communications, with minors in Biology and Spanish, from the University of New Mexico, graduating with honors in 1990. In 1993, she received her Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law. During her academic career, she was a member of the Psychology Honor Society, reflecting her dedication to scholarship and achievement.

Donna began her legal career in solo practice before joining the Carter Law Firm in Albuquerque. In 2008, she became a partner at the Trujillo Dodd, Torres, O’Brien & Sanchez, L.L.C., where she continues to advocate for her clients in sensitive and complex cases. Licensed to practice in the New Mexico Bar since 1993, she is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
