Donna Rice is an experienced Estate Planning attorney who has practiced law since 1995. For nearly three decades, she has guided individuals and families through planning for disability and death with clarity and care. She focuses on helping clients understand their options and create thoughtful plans that protect loved ones and preserve family legacies.
Donna earned her law degree from the University of Denver, College of Law. She is licensed in Indiana, Wyoming, and Colorado (currently inactive in Colorado). Her legal education and multi-state licensure provide a strong foundation for advising clients on estate planning strategies tailored to their unique goals and circumstances.
Donna concentrates her practice on wills, trusts, and comprehensive estate plans designed to address life’s uncertainties. She works closely with families to prepare for incapacity, protect assets, and ensure smooth wealth transitions across generations. As a co-author of The Estate Planning Toolkit, she has emphasized the value of collaboration among attorneys, financial planners, insurance agents, and accountants to better serve clients.
