Donald T. Taylor is an attorney with over 33 years of experience. He specializes in personal injury, wrongful death, and compensation claims. Don serves clients across Kansas and Missouri. Don’s legal journey began with a passion inspired by his father’s law career and the historic Hyatt Regency Skywalk Collapse in 1981. He earned his Juris Doctor in 1986 from Washburn University in Topeka. He was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kansas and an Associate’s Degree from Kansas City Community College.

Don is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the District of Kansas and the Western District of Missouri and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth and Eighth Circuits. His extensive courtroom experience spans state and federal courts. He has represented thousands of clients in personal injury, wrongful death, and workers’ comp cases.
