Don earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Toledo in 1989, after completing a Bachelor of Science in Polymer Science and Engineering at Case Western Reserve University in 1986. His technical background enhances his ability to navigate complex intellectual property issues with precision and insight.

Throughout his career, Don has built trusted relationships with many of his clients, some dating back to his time as a law clerk at Marshall Melhorn in 1988. He advises on the full spectrum of intellectual property matters, including patent filings, trademark registrations, IP portfolio management, and global protection strategies.
