Dezi Robb

Dezi Robb is an associate at Landye Bennett Blumstein LLP who represents employers and individuals in employment law, business litigation, and labor matters. Robb advises on workplace investigations, non-compete and employment agreements, EEO matters, separation negotiations, disability accommodations, and employment-related risk management. The practice also includes liability and tort-based claims, giving clients a single source of counsel for both preventive employment advice and disputes that proceed into litigation.

Robb earned a J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in 2014 and a B.A. from the University of Alaska, Anchorage in 2010. She is admitted in Alaska and Oregon and before the U.S. District Courts for the District of Alaska and the District of Oregon. Her education, combined with litigation work in public and private settings, supports practical analysis of employment rules, workplace policies, and the procedural demands of contested matters.

Robb has handled complex employment disputes and regularly counsels clients on compliance, policy development, accommodations, hiring, discipline, and termination. Her experience also includes defending clients in civil litigation involving personal and property damage and insurance-related claims. Before joining Landye Bennett Blumstein, she worked in both Oregon and Alaska, developing experience across different legal environments and with matters that require careful coordination between workplace strategy, litigation risk, and business operations.

Dezi Robb brings a practical and strategic approach to employment and civil litigation matters. Robb is a member of the Alaska Bar Association and has participated in professional organizations and legal education activities, including prior service with the MBA YLS CLE Committee and the Owen M. Panner Inns of Court. Her work helps clients address immediate workplace problems while also improving policies, documenting decisions, managing legal exposure, and preparing effectively when disputes cannot be resolved informally.
