Ms. Davis earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School. She also received a B.A. in American Studies, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame. That training supports her ability to evaluate business needs, address employment questions, and guide clients through legal decisions with careful judgment.
Ms. Davis has experience in corporate law, real estate, employment, and government matters. Before joining Yoder Ainlay Ulmer & Buckingham, she worked as an attorney with Kelley, Drye & Warren in New York. She is admitted to practice in Indiana and New York, and she is a member of the Goshen City Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, and American Bar Association. Her work helps clients manage risk, structure relationships, and address practical legal concerns.
Denise C. Davis also maintains an active role in the Goshen community. She has served on the Goshen Health System Board of Directors and previously chaired that board. Her community involvement has included leadership with the Goshen Chamber of Commerce, YWCA of Elkhart County, and other local organizations.
