David W. Clark

David W. Clark is a seasoned personal injury and workers’ compensation attorney based in Wheaton, Illinois. As the founder of his solo practice, he has dedicated more than 30 years to representing individuals injured in workplace accidents and due to third-party negligence. He is also a certified civil arbitrator and mediator.

David earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 1992, following his Bachelor of Arts with honors from Indiana University in 1989, where he completed a double major in Speech Communication and English. His academic and legal training laid the foundation for a career grounded in advocacy and service.

David began his legal career at Munday & Nathan, a prominent Chicago firm, where he quickly tried cases. He later joined Peregrine, Stime, Newman, Ritzman & Bruckner, Ltd., where he handled personal injury, workers’ compensation, and commercial litigation before founding his own firm to focus exclusively on plaintiffs.

David is admitted to all Illinois state and federal courts, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. His practice spans personal injury, workers’ compensation, and limited-scope representation for pro se litigants. He has secured multiple million-dollar settlements on behalf of injured clients across the state.

David is a leader within the DuPage County Bar Association, where he helped launch the “Ask a Lawyer Help Desk” to assist self-represented litigants. He also volunteers monthly at Administer Justice’s Legal Aid Clinic, underscoring his commitment to expanding access to justice.
