David Urban

David Urban is an experienced attorney offering personalized legal counsel in estate planning, probate administration, business law, contract matters, and real estate. David earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder in 2004. He then received his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, in 2009. His academic background laid a strong foundation for a well-rounded and versatile legal practice.

David began his legal career as a judicial intern for First Justice Robert W. Langlois at the Middlesex Probate and Family Court in Massachusetts. He later served as a law clerk at the United States Attorney’s Office in Denver, where he contributed legal research during the sentencing phase of the landmark insider trading case, United States v. Joseph P. Nacchio.

Between 2009 and 2011, David worked at two Massachusetts law firms, gaining experience in business litigation, family law, probate, and estate planning. In 2011, David founded his own practice, Urban Law, in Colorado. Since then, he has represented clients in a wide range of legal matters across the state.

David is licensed to practice in both Colorado and Massachusetts. His experience, combined with a commitment to responsive service and clear legal strategy, allows him to assist clients through all stages of planning, transactions, or dispute resolution.
