David T. Pisarra

David T. Pisarra is a respected family law attorney with over 20 years of experience representing husbands and fathers in divorce, child custody, support, and domestic violence matters. He founded Men’s Family Law to provide men with a strong advocate in a system that often overlooks their rights. David earned his J.D. from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law. He holds a B.A. from St. John’s College. In addition, he completed specialized training in Family Law Trial Advocacy through the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, strengthening his courtroom and negotiation skills.

David has built a strong record of helping clients facing high-stakes family law battles throughout his legal career. He has defended fathers against unfair child support demands, successfully challenged false paternity claims, and secured fair support orders. His work includes proving non-paternity through DNA testing, renegotiating support after years of miscalculations, and fighting for custody in complex interstate and high-conflict cases.
