David Robinson has practiced in Bellingham since 1979, representing injured workers and personal injury law plaintiffs throughout Washington. He handles workers’ compensation claims involving on-the-job injuries, occupational diseases, and repetitive injuries, along with personal injury matters arising from accidents and negligence at Robinson & Kole. David earned his J.D. from the University of Washington Law School, where he received honors, served on the Law Review, and was selected to Order of the Coif. He earned his B.A. from the University of Washington. He is admitted to the Washington State Bar. From 1973 to 1979, he served as an Assistant Attorney General representing the Washington Department of Labor & Industries on workers’ compensation matters.

David represents clients in personal injury matters involving auto accidents, truck accidents, construction accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and other serious injuries. He also advocates for workers pursuing L&I benefits after workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and repetitive trauma. His experience on both sides of Washington’s workers’ compensation system gives him substantial familiarity with agency procedures, disputed claims, and the legal issues that can affect injured workers and families across Washington.
