He later became a partner at Kennedy & Teddy, continuing to build his courtroom and client-service experience. In 1995, he helped open Teddy & Meekins, which later became Teddy, Meekins & Talbert, P.L.L.C. Over the years, he has helped grow the firm into a trusted practice serving multiple communities in Western North Carolina through dedicated, organized, and professional legal representation.
