David R. Lundgren

David R. Lundgren is a highly regarded criminal defense attorney who guides clients through some of life’s most difficult moments with strategic precision and compassionate advocacy. David earned his B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of St. Thomas, graduating cum laude in 2008. He received his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in 2012, earning top honors in several courses, including white-collar crime. He is admitted to practice before all Minnesota state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Since joining the legal profession, David has defended clients against a broad spectrum of criminal charges ranging from DWI to homicide. His notable victories include dismissals of serious felony cases involving drug offenses, criminal vehicular operation, and financial crimes.
