David P. Coughlin

David P. Coughlin is a partner with Brown Paindiris & Scott, LLP in Glastonbury and a member of the firm’s Family Law Department. He has more than fifteen years of legal experience and focuses his practice on family law. His work includes divorce, child custody, parenting disputes, and other domestic-relations matters. He brings experience representing adults and children to cases where legal decisions can affect family relationships, living arrangements, finances, and long-term parenting responsibilities.

Coughlin earned a J.D. from Western New England School of Law in 2010, graduating cum laude. He served as an editor of the Western New England Law Review and received the Edward B. Colley Labor Law Award. He previously earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2004, graduating summa cum laude.
