David M. Van Sant

David M. Van Sant is the owner of Van Sant Law and a Georgia personal injury trial lawyer. He represents people injured through the fault of others, including clients with claims arising from car accidents, motorcycle wrecks, tractor-trailer crashes, nursing home neglect, wrongful death, and other serious injuries. David earned a B.B.A. from Kennesaw State University and a J.D. with honors from Georgia State University College of Law in 2003. David previously practiced with an insurance defense firm in Alpharetta, representing employers and insurers in significant civil litigation. He founded his own firm in 2008 and shifted that experience toward representing injured individuals.
