David Gamache is a managing commercial attorney at Kramer & Frank PC, focused on creditors’ rights, commercial collections matters, and related litigation. He is licensed to practice in Missouri and Arkansas, giving him a strong regional practice background. Before taking his current role, he worked as a principal in private practice. His work reflects deep experience with creditor representation, collection law, judgment recovery, and professional standards in commercial legal matters and compliance concerns for clients.
David earned his B.A. from the University of Missouri, St. Louis in 1981 and later received his J.D. from St. Louis University in 1986. He has held several leadership roles in the Commercial Law League of America. He is a past president, past treasurer, and past chair of the organization’s Creditors’ Rights Section. He also currently serves on the board as recording secretary. His service includes many years chairing the FDCPA Committee and leading the Midwestern Members Association, showing a strong commitment to practical industry guidance for creditors’ attorneys nationwide and consistently across practices.
David also helped shape creditor-law practice in Missouri. His prior practice was a founding member of the Missouri Creditors Bar Association, where he served as the first president. He received the 2015 Robert E. Caine Leadership Award from the Commercial Law League of America. He is also rated AV Preeminent through Martindale-Hubbell for professional achievement, peer respect, and ethical legal service in collections and litigation matters throughout his legal practice.
