David Daggett

David Daggett is a partner at Ashurst Perkins Coie with offices in Seattle and Boise. He advises technology clients, including Fortune 50 companies, on intellectual property and commercial matters. His practice focuses on complex licensing and procurement transactions, software development, hardware supply chains, silicon agreements, intellectual property issues in mergers and acquisitions, and technical standards. Daggett also advises clients on coverage law and intellectual property litigation.

Daggett earned his J.D. summa cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1998 and his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1987. His legal education, economics background, and earlier technical work provide a strong foundation for evaluating sophisticated technology agreements.
