David earned both his Bachelor of Science in 1979 and his Juris Doctor in 1983 from the University of South Carolina. Admitted to practice in South Carolina in 1983, David is also admitted before the U.S. District Court for the District of Eastern Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, allowing him to serve clients across multiple jurisdictions.
