David Allen

David Allen is of counsel with Heidelberg, Steinberger, Burrow, & Armer P.A. in Pascagoula. He has more than 40 years of widely diverse legal experience, including work with two major energy companies and partnership roles at two Mississippi regional law firms. His practice focuses on commercial real estate law, banking and mortgage law, estate planning, and probate administration for clients with business and personal planning needs throughout South Mississippi communities.

Allen earned a J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law. He earned an M.B.A. from Tulane University. He later earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama. This education supports his work in real estate, finance, business planning, tax-related issues, and probate matters.
