David A. Concha

David A. Concha, Esq, is a seasoned attorney with over two decades of legal experience, providing skilled representation in immigration law, criminal defense, traffic violations, and family law. Licensed to practice in both North Carolina and South Carolina, David is widely respected for his legal acumen, cultural sensitivity, and deep commitment to client advocacy.

David earned his Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law in 1998 and holds a Bachelor of Arts from North Carolina State University. In 2004, he founded The Law Offices of David A. Concha P.C.

Fluent in Spanish and active in the Hispanic community, David is a proud member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the National Immigration Project. He is also registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Spain. His dedication to service earned him the La Noticia Community Service Award in 2007 for his ongoing support of Latino families and immigrants in Charlotte and beyond.

Outside the courtroom, David actively shares his immigration law expertise through public speaking engagements and weekly appearances on Charlotte’s 1220 AM radio, where he discusses key legal issues affecting immigrant communities. He also brings real-world experience into the classroom as a former immigration law instructor at Central Piedmont Community College.
