Danielle Christenson

Danielle L. Christenson is an estate planning attorney at Heritage Law in Minden, Nevada. She assists individuals and families with wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianship, conservatorship, asset protection, and related matters. Her practice also includes family law and mediation. Christenson helps clients understand their options, organize important legal and financial affairs, and prepare plans that reflect their personal circumstances and long-term goals.

Christenson graduated with distinction from the University of Nevada, Reno and later earned her J.D. from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, where she was a W.I.C.H.E. She is licensed to practice in Nevada and California, allowing her to address estate and probate concerns involving property, relatives, or legal interests across both states.

Christenson began her legal career in Minden in 1991 as a law clerk to District Court Judge Norman Robison. She later gained experience through private practice, public service, and court-related work before acquiring Heritage Law Group in 2019. Her experience includes preparing estate plans, guiding families through Nevada and ancillary probate proceedings, administering trusts, addressing guardianship and conservatorship matters, and helping clients protect assets and manage important legal responsibilities.

Danielle L. Christenson is a certified mediator and regularly volunteers with the Neighborhood Mediation Center through the Reno Justice Court Mandatory Mediation Program. She has also served with the Washoe County Lawyer in the Library program and was recognized in 2017 for her dedication to that effort. In addition, she provides pro bono representation through Volunteer Attorneys for Rural Nevadans and Nevada Legal Services. Her work reflects a commitment to practical guidance, public service, and attentive client support.
