Daniel Shaffer is a criminal defense lawyer whose practice includes serious criminal defense and civil rights litigation. Daniel earned his degree from Southern Illinois School of Law. He also received a liberal arts degree from the University of Iowa, with an emphasis in Social Work and English. His education gave him a strong foundation in legal analysis, advocacy, communication, and understanding human behavior.
Throughout his career, Daniel has represented thousands of clients in federal and state courts and has tried nearly 100 jury cases in Western Colorado. He combines trial skill with the judgment to know when negotiation may better serve a client’s interests.
