His bankruptcy work also includes service as a consultant and expert witness, continuing legal education presentations, counsel to a Bankruptcy Trustee, and participation in the Bankruptcy Court’s Local Rules Advisory Committee and State Bar bankruptcy section.
Daniel S. Morgan has been recognized by Best Lawyers since 2017 and was named Missoula’s Bankruptcy Lawyer of the Year for 2020, 2023, and 2025. Daniel also has served on the Bankruptcy Court’s Local Rules Advisory Committee and the board of the Bankruptcy Section of the State Bar of Montana.
