Daniel R. Hernandez is the founder and principal attorney of NextLevel Law, P.C. by Daniel R. Hernandez, Esq., where he leads with a bold mission to make high-quality legal services affordable and accessible. Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, where he served as Student Bar Association President. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration from Florida International University. Since being admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2016, Daniel has focused his practice on family law and civil matters, especially serving underrepresented and diverse communities.

As CEO of the firm, Daniel manages daily operations, client engagement, and attorney mentorship to ensure every case is handled with professionalism and care. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, where he teaches Family Law and mentors future legal professionals.

Daniel R.
