Daniel McGee is a founding partner of McGee Lerer Ogrin and a seasoned trial attorney with a proven record of success in complex personal injury litigation. He has achieved outstanding results for clients across California, including a $3.3 million verdict in a products liability case in Rancho Cucamonga. Known for his strategic approach and deep understanding of injury law, Daniel brings more than three decades of experience to every case he handles.

Daniel earned his B.S. from the University of Southern California (USC) and obtained his J.D. from Whittier College School of Law. His academic background laid the groundwork for a career built on discipline, integrity, and meticulous case preparation. His strong educational foundation has guided his ability to analyze complex legal issues and advocate effectively for clients facing serious injuries and life-changing losses.

Before founding McGee Lerer Ogrin, Daniel spent 16 years at one of California’s leading personal injury firms, where he served as manager, associate attorney, and partner. During his tenure, the firm secured over $100 million in verdicts and settlements, including the largest verdict in U.S. history—exceeding $25 million—against a police department. His extensive experience in product liability, toxic tort, and catastrophic injury cases has made him one of the most accomplished trial lawyers in his field.
