Daniel Marchese

Daniel Marchese is an attorney with Bashore Green Law Group whose practice focuses on complex criminal defense and commercial litigation. He is a former prosecutor with more than a decade of courtroom experience and has handled a large volume of legal matters across different fields. Marchese earned an A.B. in English from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 2006, an M.P.A. from the University of Michigan–Dearborn in 2007, and a J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2011. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2012 and later to the US District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. Daniel Marchese has also led the Pontiac Area Vicariate Legal Aid Clinic, helping expand access to affordable legal consultations and community legal education.
