Daniel K. Brough

Daniel K. Brough is an attorney whose practice focuses on appeals, commercial litigation, construction law, employment litigation, creditor rights, probate and trust disputes, landlord and tenant matters, HOA representation, and real estate litigation. Daniel K. Brough previously served on the Supreme Court Advisory Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct and on the Utah Appellate Roster. He is also a Barrister with the A. Sherman Christensen Inns of Court. Early in his career, he clerked for judges on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Utah Supreme Court.
