Daniel K. Daniel K. Brough previously served on the Supreme Court Advisory Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct and on the Utah Appellate Roster. He is also a Barrister with the A. Sherman Christensen Inns of Court. Early in his career, he clerked for judges on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Utah Supreme Court.
