Daniel J. Skomal

Daniel J. Skomal is a partner at Leverage Law Group, LLC in Leawood, Kansas. Since 2004, he has focused his practice entirely on representing participants in state and federal tax credit transactions. His work includes lenders in leveraged transactions and tax credit investors in both leveraged and unleveraged transactions. He also represents community development entities obtaining and using allocations of new markets tax credits.

Daniel earned a B.A. from Yale University in 1994. He received an M.B.A. and a J.D. from the University of Nebraska in 1997.
