Daniel J. Siegel

Daniel J. Siegel is the founder of the Law Offices of Daniel J. Siegel, LLC, based in Havertown, Pennsylvania. With more than 38 years of legal experience, he represents clients in workers’ compensation, personal injury, Social Security disability, and estate planning matters, as well as appeals and complex litigation across Pennsylvania.

Daniel earned his law degree from Temple University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree, with honors, from Franklin and Marshall College. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His academic background supports a practice known for strong legal writing, careful analysis, and effective courtroom advocacy.

Throughout his career, Daniel has handled matters ranging from multimillion-dollar mass torts to everyday legal concerns. He has argued before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and continues to represent clients in automobile accident, workers’ compensation, and slip-and-fall cases. In 2022, he was named Best Lawyers® Workers’ Compensation Law – Claimants Lawyer of the Year in Philadelphia.

He has lectured at more than 400 programs, authored over 250 articles, and written 14 books.
