Daniel J. Melican

Daniel J. Melican is an experienced trial attorney and the senior partner of Daniel J. Melican P.C., where he has represented clients throughout the State of Michigan for more than 27 years. His practice spans personal injury, wrongful death, civil litigation, and criminal defense, with extensive courtroom experience at both the state and federal levels.

Daniel earned his Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University in 1981 and his Juris Doctor from Wayne State University in 1985. His educational background, combined with focused study in psychology and criminology, supports a strategic and analytical approach to litigation and trial advocacy.
