Daniel J. Huff

Daniel J. Huff is an accomplished trial lawyer with more than three decades of experience defending clients in high-stakes litigation. Since 1991, he has focused his practice on catastrophic damages and medical malpractice defense, representing physicians, hospitals, and healthcare organizations in complex lawsuits. Having tried more than 135 jury cases, including over 40 in the past five years, Huff is widely regarded as a “go-to” defense attorney for clients facing significant exposure in challenging cases.

Huff earned his B.S. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, followed by his J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law. He is admitted to practice before the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. His extensive education and broad admissions allow him to represent clients effectively across multiple jurisdictions.
