Daniel B. Treon

Daniel B. Treon is a highly respected attorney who focuses his legal practice on representing individuals in personal injury, insurance bad faith, and civil rights cases. Dan earned a B.A. from Lewis & Clark College in 1988. He began his legal studies at Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri, where he took part in a J.D./M.A. program in Asian Studies. He later transferred to Arizona State University, College of Law, and received his J.D. in 1992.

Dan’s legal career began in 1993 at the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office. There, he gained valuable trial experience by handling serious felony cases. He later shifted his focus to civil law, helping injured people and those mistreated by insurance companies. In 1999, he co-founded a law firm, which grew into Treon & Shook, PLLC. Dan has practiced in Arizona’s state and federal courts and has appeared before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is admitted to the State Bar of Arizona, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
