Daniel A. Gonzalez

Daniel A. Gonzalez is criminal defense counsel for the firm’s Miami office, where he represents clients facing criminal charges. Daniel earned his law degree from Florida International University in 2009. After graduating, he began serving as an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County. That role gave him extensive criminal defense experience and allowed him to work directly with clients throughout the justice process.

As an Assistant Public Defender, Daniel handled thousands of criminal cases. His caseload included juveniles charged with misdemeanors and felonies; adults charged with misdemeanors; criminal traffic offenses; first-, second-, and third-degree felonies; minimum mandatory charges; violations of probation; and life felony matters.
